Shipping Information
At Shop Laete, we ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday. For same-day dispatch, please place your order by 12 PM EST.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S.:
- Standard Shipping – $16
- Expedited Shipping – $35
- Signature Required – Add $5
You may opt to require a signature upon delivery for added security.
International Shipping
We ship globally with tiered flat rates by region:
- Australia & New Zealand – $65
- Canada – $35
- All Other Countries – $50
Please note:
- International orders are final sale due to extended transit times.
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are unable to accept returns on international orders.
Additional Shipping Fees
For items exceeding 10 lbs or requiring special handling (e.g., ceramics), we will contact you with a custom shipping quote and delivery options.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.), we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. That said, we’re happy to assist with the claims process and help locate your order. For extra peace of mind, we recommend adding signature delivery at checkout.
Curbside Pickup (Philadelphia Only)
Prefer to pick up your order? Choose “Pick Up” at checkout to waive shipping fees. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Pickup hours:
- Tues–Fri: 12–6 PM
- Sat: 11–6 PM
- Sun: 12–5 PM
Please note: In-store pickups follow our standard return policy—eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@shop-laete.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
